• Question: why does your voice get deeper?

      I think it’s something to do with the way hormones affect your voice box. But that’s all I know, sorry

      Yep, like Emma said, I believe it’s to do with hormones and your voice box

      As you go through puberty the hormones produced by the body causes changes to develop different areas of the body, I’m not entirely sure how. But it’s cool haha

      During puberty the larynx and vocal chords grow, the larynx gets bigger and the vocal chords get thicker and get longer and your voice gets deeper as a result 🙂
