Question: Why did you choose to work with bacteria that causes illnesses in hospitals

Another really brilliant question! It really motivates me to work hard when I know the research I am doing will benefit people who are ill. People who are in hospital are already really poorly and to contract a bacteria that could cause a life threatening infection is something that is really horrible to go through. I feel passionate about projects which will help combat these infections and hopefully reduce them.
