• Question: If you believe in the Big Bang can you please explain how from nothing can something (the Earth) come?

      I’m afraid I don’t really understand Astronomy (sorry!), I wish I did though as I do find it amazing.

      I also don’t know enough about this to comment. I thought however that the Big Bang resulted from tiny tiny particles coming together over a long time frame until suddenly, due to pressure and other forded it resulted in the formation of a bigger mass. I may be totally wrong though.

      It’s an amazing theory isn’t it! I think Emma has the same level of knowledge as me when it comes to this, but I think it is quite feasible that the huge varying temperatures and huge pressures in space may eventually cause the formation of huge masses in space!

      I don’t know an awful lot about the big bang sorry! But if you wanted to learn more then you should get a book by professor Brian Cox off the tv because he explains the big bang theory in great detail that’s easy to understand!
