      Fab question. Every person is unique so Certain types of bacteria can cause definitely cause a different disease depending on who and where the bacteria has infected. For example Pseudomonas aeruginosa can cause lung infection, it also causes ulcers, skin, nail and eye infections. So, yes, your question is right in part. However, most major diseases are the product of one bacteria. For example TB is only caused by mycobacterium tuberculosis. I hope this answers your question a little!
