      Good question. I don’t think we can catch good bacteria or viruses unfortunately. These are usually already present in our body and most of the time they don’t play a role in controlling infection. There are definitely exceptions though. For example some gut bacteria can prevent an infection called Clostridium difficile, but the bacteria have to be given artificially. I hope this helps answer your question a little bit!
